Barbara Bolen - Barbara Mae Grace (Kiser) Bolen, 49 of Alum Bank died Monday, July 26, 1993 at her home following a brief illness. She was born March 27, 1944, in Cumberland, Md., a daughter of the late John R. and Margaret L. (Twigg) Kiser. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Anna Kiser. Mrs. Bolen is survived by three sons: Wayne Emerick and Brian Pineda, both of Alum Bank; and William Otto Jr. of Hagerstown, Md.; three daughters: Barbara Dodd of Fredericksburg, Va.; Tina Pineda of Waynesboro, Pa.; and Dawn Otto of Schellsburg; and 10 grandchildren. She also is survived by three brothers: John Kiser of Mineral, Va.; Paul Kiser of Bedford; and Elroy Kiser of New Baltimore; and three sisters: Lillian Gohn, with whom she resided; Shirley Foor of Osterburg RD 1; and Paulette Taylor of Bedford RD 5. Funeral services: 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 28, 1993, at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, with the Rev. Charles F. Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Hyndman Cemetery. Friends will be received Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., in the funeral home.
