Married Lieut. James Smith, who some say was born 1716 in Sheffield, MA. However, Sheffield was not settled at that time, so it's more likely James's birthplace was Westfield. But James is indeed one of the original settlers of Sheffield, and his children were born there.

About the time of their marriage in 1734 Azubah and James move to Sheffield, where their first child is born in 1736 and where Azubah's family is living.
