M. Henry Dongeville Loriot, residing at Algiers in this Parish, who by these presents declares that his brother in law, Benjamin Borne, a native of the Parish of St. John the Baptist in this State, aged forty five years, Died at Algiers on the twenty-eighth day of June of this present year (June 28th 1848). The deceased was married to Mme. Marie Pouponne Latour, his surviving consort.

This done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid M. Henry Dongeville Loriot, as also in that of Messrs. Eugene Lororte[?] & Ponce Emile Crozat, both of this City, witnesses by me so requested to be, who have hereunto set their hands, together with me.
