Died of cholera shortly after her son dies of the same disease. She was G W Alford's stepsister. --Gunnj 14:26, 14 May 2009 (EDT) Their daughter, Stella, died in 1862, a few months before her father died of wounds in the Civil War. Anne Maria and son Frank died within a week of each other in 1864 of cholera, leaving the youngest son (George Washington/Wallace Alford Adams) an orphan.
