    ANNE(2) DOUGLAS, b. England, say 1635; m. (1) Roxbury, 14 Oct. 1658, NATHANIEL GEARY/GARY (Arthur(1)), probably m. (2) Roxbury, 7 June 1683, THOMAS BISHOP. Earlier works on the Douglases state that Anne (Douglas) Geary was a daughter of William(1) and Anne (Motley) Douglas. Explicit evidence for her parentage has not been seen; her name and marriage in Roxbury, however, support placing her there.
