Annie (Anna Clara Kelley) Kelly was admitted to the White Hall Soldiers' Orphans School 8 Oct 1867. She was discharged at 16 yo on 24 Apr 1874. In the "Remarks" column of the White Hall records, it states she was attending Shippensburg SNS (state normal school).

Her Great-granddaughter states that Annie "lived briefly with her older sister, Mary Kelley Wilson, in Philadelphia" and that Hannah lived in a widow's home in Phila. at the time of the 1880 census. I could not find this on Ancestry.

Annie was a member of the "Sixteeners" and the Grand Army of the Republic.

Annie married William Franklin Bamberger and had 2 children. 1900 US Census: the family lives in Steelton, Dauphin, PA.

1910 US Census: the family lives in Newberry, York, PA. Their children are not in the household but they have a 6 yo grandson living with them.

1920 US Census: The family lives in Highspire, Dauphin, PA and consists of Annie, Frank, and the 16 yo grandson, William B. Eynon.

1930 US Census: Anna C. Bamberger and her grandson live in Highspire.She gives her occupation as "tax collector". Her grandson is a storeroom clerk at the steel mill. Her property value is $3000.00
