Parentage

Anna Harless is NOT named in the will of Philip Harless (abt. 1716-1772) of Augusta County (area later became Montgomery County), Virginia, but she is believed to be his daughter by some researchers. Her middle name appears to be named after her father, Philip. Additional research is necessary to prove her parentage.
