At time of marriage she taught school. Obituaries HARTESVELT - Mrs. Anna Hartesvelt, aged 54, wife of Peter A. Hartesvelt of 333 Hobart st., SE, passed away early Monday morning in Blodgett hospital. Surviving besides the husband are one daughter, Miss Harriet A. Hartesvelt of Grand Rapids; two sons, Richard J. Hartesvelt of Hawaii and Louis C. of Grand Rapids; one brother, Harold Laug of Coopersville, and one grandson, David Hartesvelt. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 at the Burton Heights Methodist church. Rev. W.R. Prescott and Rev. L. W. Stone officiating. Interment in Restlawn Memorial Park. Mrs. Hartesvelt will repose at the Sullivan Funeral Home until Wednesday noon when she will be taken to the church to lie in state from 1 o'clock until time of services. Hartesvelt, of Grand Rapids, and sister of Harold G. Laug of Coopersville, died early Monday at Blodgett hospital after a long illness. She was a native of Grand Rapids. She had been prominent in church and school activities, having been president of the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the Burton Heights Methodist Church. Besides her husband and brother, she leaves a daughter, Harriet; two sons, Richard J. of natiional park service in Hawaii, and Louis, at home, and a grandson. The body reposed at the Sullivan mortuary until Wednesday afternoon when funeral services were held at 2:30 at the Burton Heights Methodist church. Rev. W. Ray Prescott and Rev. L.W.
