Ann Portsmouth was born about 1767 in Middlesex, England. It is not yet known who her parents were. On 4 Jun 1788 she married Enos Redknap at St. Mary's Church, Ealing. Enos' parents John and Susannah were witnesses. Both Susannah and Ann signed with a mark, indicating they couldn't write, but John and Enos signed their names. Enos and Ann had the following children: 1. Anne bap. at Twickenham 5 Oct 1788 (source needed for this) 2. Mary Ann bap. at Twickenham 25 Dec 1789 (source needed for this) 3. Margaret bap. at Twickenham 7 Oct 1792 (source needed for this) 4. Enos bap. at Twickenham 8 May 1795 (source needed for this) 5. Charles bap. 3 Jul 1803 at St. Mary the Virgin Church, Twickenham 6. Emily b. abt 1806 (source needed for this) On 9 Jun 1811 she and Enos were witnesses at the marriage of their daughter Mary Ann to fisherman Richard Coxen at St. Peter's Church, Petersham. Enos died and was buried at St. Mary's, Twickenham on 27 Mar 1825, aged 58. Ann died and was buried at St. Mary's, Twickenham on 3 Oct 1833, aged 66.
