    Andrew Sanford was baptized Stanstead Mountfitchet, co. Essex, England (brother of Thomas Andrew of Milford) and died Milford 1684. He married/1 Mary (_____) who was indicted with him for witchcraft. She was convicted 13 June 1662 and presumably executed. He married/2 (_____ _____). He settled in Hartford, Conn. where his Uncle Andrew Warner lived; freeman May 1657. Removed to Milford 1667. Joined church with 2/wife in 1671. His will dated 6 September 1684 was proved 12 November 1684 and inventory on 16 October 1684. He was called a pumpmaker in "Winthrop's Documents". He was a doctor and mentioned the children of Andrew gave their ages.
