Rumgay Central says married in New Monkland Parish; likewise Record of Birth of Jessie Rumgay. 1881 Census: living at 15 Wilson Terrace, Hamilton, Lanark; occupation was Gasfitter. 1891 Census: living in Hamilton Parish. Father deceased at time of marriage.
