And first I wish all my lawful debts to be taken of my estate and payed to my creditors.
2) I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Lockhart, do constitute and ordain her the sole heir of my estate, house, lands, tenements, stock of every kind that I -----with all appartainence whatever thereunto belonging to be at her disposal in whatever manner she shall think proper to dispose of any of the estate while she continues to be my widow.
3) I wish at her death what is left of the estate to be equally divided amongst all my children, Sarah McGuire, William Lockhart, James Lockhart, Polly McGuire, Jane Belshe and Daniel Lockhart.
And I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and annul all former wills made by me at any time and declare this and no other be my last will and testament, In Witness whereof I have herein set my hand and seal, this twenty seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen, 1815
