Cockrel and Mary Cockerel his wife of Spencer County Indiana convey and warrant to Samuel Shilkete of Spencer County State of Indiana for the sum of Four hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid the following described realestate in said county of Spencer to wit the South East Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section No. Ten (10) in Township No. Five (5) South of Range No. Six (6) West containing Forty acres more or less.
