- Land Grant, 7 April 1763, to Amos Potts, 204 acres on waters of Craig's Creek of James River, 25. Property given by patent dated Aug 1761. Sent to Pat. Lockhart by your order, 8 Oct 1773. Deed Book 11-pg. 346. [Virginia, Land, Marriage, and Probate Records, 1639-1850].
