Hamilton, Alexander, born 9/1759 in Augusta County, Virginia, brother of Jaems & John who both had Revolutionary War service; entered service 1778 there; granted Pension there in 1833; query letter in file states an Alexander Hamilton married 1785 in Greenbrier County, Virginia, Rebecca, daughter of John & Elizabeth Archer who was formerly a resident of Augusta County, Virginia.
