    Agnes was born abut 1745-8, died 1818 in Amelia county. She left a will in the name of Agnes Seay, dated 25 Mar 1817, probated 22 Oct 1818, leaving all her land and personal property to her daughter Sarah Meador.n The will was entered into probate on 18 May 1818. One of the witnesses was A. C. (Ambrose) Meador, relationship undetermined.
    In 1797 Agnes Seay, along with Anderson and Archer Meador, signed a deed for 100 acres to William McClosson. Sarah Meadow, wife of Jeremiah Meador was a witness, Lucy, wife of Anders Meador, and Rhoda, wife of Archibald Meador, relinquished their dower rights. (D.B. 20, p. 318)
