• Page 50.--3d September, 1811. Valentine Shirley's will--To son. Henry; daughter, Betsey; daughter, Anna; wife, Catherine; to John and Jacob Rush, on account of son Charles, who owes them; to daughter, Barbara Baker, wife of Samuel Baker; to son, Adam; son Jacob Sherley and Jacob Bear, executors. Teste: John Barnett, Wm. Craig, Adam Bear, Jas. Craig. Proved, 23d September, 1811. Executors qualify.
