Administratrix was the widow, requested father in law "Timo Gibson" and "Third Brother In Law" Stephen Gibson as guardian for three children Sarah, Abraham & Ephraim Gibson [Rebecca and Mary old enough (14) to choose their own.] Daniel Hapgood became guardian of Rebecca, Sarah and Ephraim in 1746. [p. 45-6] 8 Oct 1756: Ezekiel and Mary Davis, Ephraim Hapgood, Rebecca Hapgood, Peter and Sarah Conant quitclaim their portion of "estate of our father Abraham Gibson, being the estate of our mother, Mary Hapgood, from our grandmother Wheeler" in favor of Abraham [Jr.] Gibson of Lunenburg. 18 Jan 1757: Daniel Hapgood of Stow and Mary his wife quitclaim estate of "our father and mother, Deliverance and Mary Wheeler of Stow" to Abraham [Jr.] Gibson of Stow.
