Yeoman", dated 17 Mar 1804, proved 7 May 1822, names [treated like a wife, but not yet married] "Chloe Merrifield"; children Mary, Sarah, Benjamin F. and Clarasa Pierce a daughter of Chloe Merrifield. Chloe Merrifield to be executor. Undated: Chloe Peirce declines trust of executorship of late husband Abijah Peirce and requests Alpheus Merrifield. Addition declination by Benjamin F. Peirce and James Raymond.His bond dated 7 May 1822. 15 May 1822: Inventory of Abijah Peirce late of Worcester deceased: $323.80, by Jabez Brigham, Paul Goodale Jr, George Moore. 1 Aug 1837: Account of Alpheus Merrifield administrator of Abijah Peirce late of Worcester allowed, $2.77 being owed to administrator.
