    Deed in 1712 dividing mother's property signed by William Carver, as guardian to Abiah Snow. The youngest, Abiah, later married Nathan Thomas and died without issue.
    [Also presented in NEHGR 124:118, but given with more detail here. Given age at death, she was born 1691, and would have been 21 in 1712. So it is not clear why her guardian signed instead of her, perhaps because he had been the one in the settlement negotiations prior to the actual signing, or perhaps because she was not married? She married in early 1717.]
