William Edmiston of Old Chester William Edmiston is believed to have lived in Cecil County Maryland. Documentation for him is sparse. He may have been born there, immigrated there from Ireland, or, according to some genealogists, came to that area from Talbot County Maryland. He is thought to have had three sons: Robert, John, and David, all of whom are thought to have left the area.
