A check of Waugh and Calhoun did not show an obvious match with Christopher's land though a warrant for Waugh dated 1752 was found, showing some geographic detail. Unfortunately, boundaries did not match up well with Houston's Property. However, the following item is of interest

This deed recites that John Waugh at the time of his death in 1782? had a wife & eight children viz:
