Early Land Acquisition in Augusta County, VA

The following Chalkley's references establish that Person:Joseph Walker (55) acquired land in the "Mill Creek" area of Augusta County, VA, near the forks in the James River, most likely close by his brother Samuel Walker, who also had land there:
