COPY: THE STATE OF OHIO: Harrison County I, Allen C. Turner, Judge of the Probate Court in and for said county, Hereby Certify, That the following is a true and correct transcript from the Record of Marriages in this county, preserved in this office, where the same is by law required to be, to wit: James Andrews to Lavina Carrick Marriage License Issued February 15, 1822 Certificate That on Thursday the 21st of February 1822 marriage was duly solemnized between James Andrews and Lavina Carrick of Harrison County by license from Wm. Tingley Esq. Clerk of the Court of said county is certified by me. John Rea V.D.M. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said court, at Cadiz this 19th day of June A.D. 1863. Allen C. Turner, Probate Judge
