General Affidavit

STATE OF Indiana, COUNTY OF Vigo SS: In claim No. 670084 of Alice and Chas. Varner heirs of Jacob " of Co. I/B/I of the 27/13/16/1 Regt. of Ind. Vols./" Cav./" Inf./U.S. Vet, Personally appeared before the undersigned duly authorized to administer oaths within and for said County, Joseph Booth aged 49 years, whose P.O. is Terre Haute, County of Vigo, State of Indiana, who being duly sworn states in relation to said claim as follows to wit:
I knew Jacob Varner and Louisana Varner in Jacob Varners lifetime knew his wife Louisana after Jacobs death until she married John S Robertson and know her name was Varner and not Warner as is shown by their marriage certificate as it apears of record at the court house of Vigo County Indiana.

And affiant further states that he has no interest in this claim.
