General Affidavit

STATE OF Indiana, COUNTY OF Vigo SS: In claim No. 670084 of Alice and Chas. Varner heirs of Jacob Varner Co. I/B/I of the 27/13/16 Regt. of Ind. Vols./" Cav./" Inf., Personally appeared before the undersigned duly authorized to administer oaths within and for said County, Jennie Morgan aged 39 years, whose P.O. is Terre Haute, County of Vigo, State of Indiana, who being duly sworn states in relation to said claim as follows to wit:
I have known Louisana Robertson long before she married Robertson. I knew her when she lived with Jacob Varner her former husband. I know she never married after Jacob Varner died until she married Robertson and I know her name was Varner when she married Robertson instead of Warner as appears on her marriage certificate.

And affiant further states that he has no interest in this claim.
