The four bible pages are photocopies of photocopies in the possession of Howard C. Ring, now deceased. The location of the bible is not known but presumably it is being cared for by a Ring family member. Most of the bible pages were recorded in elegant hand writing which was initially thought to be that of Juliet Truax.

The image at right has Juliet's signature from 1871 to 1887 Wills and a selection from page one of the bible. Juliet's writing is stilted and forced, the bible penmanship is much more fluid, almost professional. The last few records of the bible (page 4) were clearly done by third or fourth persons.

Juliet Truax wife of David Nelson Ring died 18 of Aug. 1888.

Mortimer A. Ring died Sept. 13th 1914.

James N. Ring died Sept 23 1929, age 81 yrs, 4 months, 2 dys.

At the very bottom of this page somebody wrote: The preceeding names of towns, etc, all in P.Q. [Quebec].
