Franklin - 1860

Jonathan H. Ligon came to Franklin County from Wilson County, Tennessee sometime between 1854 and 1856. Jonathan married Lucinda Jolly in 1837, she had 8 children and died in Tenneseee in 1854. Jonathan married Fenicey Jolly in 1854. Fenicey had 2 more children. Jonathan died in 1859 in Franklin County leaving Fenicey and 4 children still at home. They appear in the 1860 Census in Benton Township. An older son, Richard, also appears a few doros down with his wife Mary S (Couch) Ligon.
