Copyright Issues?

The document in this image resides in the personal Family Records file owned by me. The document was purchased by me at the time of the death of Ella Ruth Hallmon Deason Guarnieri, an immediate family member. The purchased document was scanned by me for the specific purpose of its use on a variety of genealogy websites. Not being a copyright attorney, I assume that makes me the copyright holder of the IMAGE, though not of the document?? I have no idea what the resolution of the document is, nor do I recall what was the resolution of the scan that I made a number of years ago; therefore I do not know if I am "representing" that the resolution of the scanned image is significantly lower than the resolution of the document. --LulaBelle 17:36, 10 June 2015 (UTC)
