The siting of Beverley's Manor over the Jefferson Fry Base map has, in particular, required considerable distortion to make it fit the Jefferson Fry Projections. Beveley's Manor and Borden's Grant outlines are based on the Hildebrand maps, which themselves may include some distortion.
