Still looking for Lucinda Cornett Gay's father. Still cannot locate the family in the 1840 census.
I have come to think that Samuel Cornett might be a better fit for the father of Lucinda, but it is just a guess. The online trees have conflicting information, so I can't trust any of them, but NONE of them list a Lucinda born about 1808.
Are there any Cornett wills or probate records that might list Lucinda's children by Lewis Gay as heirs?
