    The marriage bond of William Durham Riherd is recorded, Marriage Bond Book
    15, page 521, (Barren County) dated October 3, 1874 and the surety on the bond is Reuben Harrison, apparently the father of Oma Dellion Harrison. (a note is attached to the bond as follows:
    "This is to certify that I have no objections to you issuing my son, William,
    a marriage license. yours & C (signed) Z. P. Riherd, dated: October 3, 1874).

    NOTE thus not of sufficient age to marry without his parents consent, and his
    father being deceased, his mother signed for his marriage.
