Samuel Sewall and Hannah Sewall his wife to Thomas Hazard of Kingstown, R.I. 300 acres in Kingstown in the Petiquamscutt Purchase bounded: Paucatuck River and Great Pond, 2 land belonging to John Wilbour deceased [burn]. another tract being a salt marsh bounded: E on ocean beach, W [burn] Point Juda Pond. one lot about 80 acres + lot of marsh lately sold to the said Thomas Hazard.
