Ralph & Ellen had three children, one dying as an infant in 1924. The infant's name may be Melvin. Ralph is buried in Violet Hill Cemetery, Perry IA and Ellen died in Des Moines, IA in August 1980. Carlton S. McLuen is a son and he married Irma Jane Leaming, who was b. 11 Mar 1916 and d. 5 Jul 1997 in Perry, Iowa. He had a previous marriage to a Roberta Wilson,and she is buried in Violet Hill Cemetery, Perry, Iowa. Carlton & Roberta had three children and one son is buried in Perry in Violet Hill Cemetery. The second child of Ralph & Ellen was a daughter and she is in the 1930 census as Anna E. McLuen, b. Dallas Co., Perry, Iowa. No other information has been found on her.
