Sealed and dated this 13th day of August 1822 in the 47th year of the Commonwealth. The Condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas a marriage is shortly intended to be soleminized between the above bound Philip Siever and Susanah Caplinger daughter of Christian Caplinger of Rockingham County, if therefore, there shall be no lawful cause to obstruct the said marriage, then the above obligation to be void; otherwise, to remain in full force and virtue.
