    In a deed dated 4 Aug 1684 he identifies himself as Peter Branch of Taunton. Peter Branch married before signing petition for founding of Preston, CT [3 Oct 1686]. The oldest child listed in the settlement of his estate 13 Mar 1714/15 was daughter Mary, age 28, so born about 1686-7.
