Eleanor died in 1549/50; her husband Nicholas died 19 years later in 1568. Their eldest son, Charles Cutler, built an 'alter tomb' in their memory, in the parish church of St Peter and St Paul in Eye, Suffolk, England. The tomb (pictured below) can be seen to this day.
