Source:King-Ranger Cemetery cites some family letters in giving a marriage date of 1821. However, if Theora Bruton was b. 1805, she was only 16. The first birth date for any of the children of this marriage that I can find so far is 1826, so the date of 19 May 1825 in the George and Lydia Petty Bible seems far more likely. --Jrich 09:49, 4 September 2008 (EDT)
