Johanna Weaver (Slagter), age 97, went to be with her Lord, Sunday March 18, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sheldon Weaver; parents, John and Lucy Slagter; daughter, Shelby Nyeholt; son-in-law, Donald Vaas. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Lavonne Vaas, Sharon (Rev. Frederick) Kruithof, Steven (Debbie) Weaver; 14 siblings; 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be held from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm, Wednesday March 21st at Cook Funeral Home (West) 4235 Prairie St SW, Grandville. Funeral service will be held at 1pm Thursday March 22nd at Cook Memorial Chapel (East) Grandville with Pastor Eildert Zwart and Frederick Kruithof officiating
