There is an alternative 1870 census record, also in Beaver Creek, with parents G and Sarah Andrews and one child (Avery Andrews, age 11). If it is the correct match for the 1860 census record, then there appear to be 2 separate families, such that the George who married Sarah Ann Livingston is NOT the son of James and Jane Andrews.

This might or might not be the same family. If it is, it is possible that the census record was copied from a semi-legible draft, because several of the names do not exactly match the names of family members. However, this appears to be the best match in the 1870 census for the 1880 census.
