In 1937, when Lela's father died, they were living ten miles east of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

When Frank registered for the draft for World War I, they were living in New Haven, Indiana. He was farming in Jefferson Township. He was married with one child. He was described as of medium height and medium build with blue eyes and brown hair.

Frank was a charter member of the board of directors of the Allen Dairy Co.

Frank and Lela had two children, one daughter and one son.

Frank's obituary reads, "FRANK J. HENRY. Services for Frank J. Henry, 74, who died Thursday at his home, R. R. 2, New Haven, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the E. Harper Funeral Home, New Haven, and at 11 a.m. in the St. Louis Catholic Church, Rev. Andrew Mathieu officiating. Burial will be in the St. Louis church cemetery. Mr. Henry had been in failing health for five years. He was born in St. Joseph Township, where he resided most of his life. He retired from farming about five years ago. He was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Besancon; a charter member of its Holy Name Society; a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters; and was a director of the Allen Dairy since it was orgnized. Surviving are his wife, Lela; a son, Louis, New Haven; a daughter, Mrs. Louis Roussel, Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer Urbine, New Haven, and Mrs. John Houser, Fort Wayne; and two brothers, Felician, Fort Wayne, and Clem, New Haven. The Holy Name Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home to recite the Rosary. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today." Lela's obituary reads, "LELA B. HENRY. Lela B. Henry, 92, formerly of R. R. 2, New Haven, died at 9 p.m. Tuesday in the home of her daughter, Virginia Roussel of Fort Wayne. Mrs. Henry, a native of Jefferson Township, was the widow of Frank Henry, who was a charter member of the board of directors of the Allen Dairy Co. Grandchildren also survive. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in E. Harper and Son Funeral Home, New Haven, and 11:30 a.m. in St. Louis Church, Besancon. Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. They are both buried in Besancon Cemetery at St. Louis Catholic Church in New Haven, Indiana.
