Susan appeared in the census in 1698 in Flushing, Long Island, Colonial New Amsterdam^S3. Susan died on 27 March 1728 at the age of 39 in Flushing, Long Island, Colonial New Amsterdam^{S1, S2}.

Eliakim Hedger

ELIAKIM HEDGER^{S1, S2, S5}, son of THOMAS HEDGER and ELIZABETH BURTON, was born about 1688 in Flushing, Long Island, Colonial New Amsterdam^{S1, S2}. Eliakim appeared in the census in 1698 in Flushing, Long Island, Colonial New Amsterdam^S3.

SUSANNAH "Susan" THORNE and ELIAKIM HEDGER^{S1, S5, S6} were married about 1710 in Flushing, Long Island, Colonial New Amsterdam. Eliakim and Susan resided in Stoneybrook, Somerset Co., New Jersey on 17 December 1730^S1. Eliakim signed his will on October 29, 1765 in Somerset County, New Jersey^S1. Eliakim died in 1767 at the age of 79 in Somerset County, New Jersey^S1.

4) Joseph Hedger

Joseph Hedger, son of Susannah Thorne and Eliakim Hedger, was born on August 31, 1718 in Flushing, Long Island, Colonial New Amsterdam. He grew up in New York and after his mother's death, moved with his father's family to Woodbridge. Joseph immigrated between 1728 and 1730 to Woodbridge, Colonial New Jersey. Joseph later immigrated before 3 December 1776 to St Marks Parish, Culpepper County, Colonial Virginia. Joseph died in Virginia.

Holmes in December 1995. The document credits PAT SMITH, Mabton, OR as PRIMARY COMPILER. {Ref. MN-086} [AEH is the 7th cousin of James' children.] Since Ms. Smith's death, Janice Lee Hedger-Bradford, 47124 Goodpasture Rd., Vida, OR, 97488-9702 is continuing the compilation and puting information into electronic format. I believe that Janice passed away in 2006. -aeh.
