Mom and Dad were childhood sweethearts who met when Mom's family moved to the Clifton neighborhood (now South Newport, KY). They were married in 1942 and raised eight children in Newport and Fort Thomas, KY. After retiring, Mom and Dad moved to Erlanger, KY where they lived until Dad's death in 1998. Mom lived out her remaining years with her two youngest sons until her death in 2006.
