Overview

This article is for Daniel, son of Daniel Walker (14). We have little data that can be unequivocally associated with this Daniel. Some of the data that is often associated with him includes records with dates after 1705. We know that Daniel son of Daniel (14) died shortly after his fathers death in 1703/03, based on the fact that his fathers probate record includes an addition recording the inventory of Daniel Jr., identifying William as his "brother and heir". Apparently Daniel died c1703-to 1704, and bequeath his estate at least in part to William. Apparently since that estate included a bequest from their father to Daniel Jr, a note was needed when his father's estate was probated in 1705.

Since Daniel left his estate in part to one of his brothers we might infer that he died unmarried and without issue.
