    "Doings of the Beau Monde"

Mr. Clarence Gano, a popular society young gentleman of Dallas, was married on the 10th instant to Miss Genie Lowe, a daughter of Judge T. J. Lowe, of Gatesville. The wedding was the most brilliant ever seen in Gatesville, and the maginificent collection of bridal presents represented the congratuations and substantial good wishes of friends in every portion of the State. Mrs. Gano, Miss Kate Gano, Mr. Maurice Gano and Mr. Sam Lackey, or Dallas, attended the wedding. Mr. and Mrs. Gano will make an extended bridal tour to New Orleans, New York, Washington and Northern cities, and will make Dallas their home. Mrs. Gano, nee Lowe, is a young lady of bright accomplishments and graces, and will be warmly welcomed in our society circles.
