"My father Christoph Henrich Reinhold was born in the year 1728 on the 10th day of April, in Europe, in the village of Grostengartig not far from the Heilbrun, and died in America on the 3rd of March, 1793. He was 64 years, 10 months and 23 days old. My mother Sophia Louisa was born in America on the 28th --- 1736 and died January 1st, 1819. She was 82 years, 10 months and 1 day old."

He married Sophia Louise AMWEG 10 APR 1758 in Reinholds, PA, daughter of Johann Michael AMWEG and Anna Ursula UNK. She was born 28 FEB 1736 in Cocalico Twp., Lancaster Co., PA, and died 1 JAN 1819 in Reinholds, PA. She was buried in Swamp German Reformed Church at Cocalico Twp."
