The marriage was probably performed at Enfield and later recorded at Middletown with the bride's surname indicated as West, her married name, rather than her maiden name.
Supposed by a source that is not available to me, "West, Barker, Hodges" by Beatrice West Seitz, p. 8 to be the Benjamin West, s/o Thomas and Hannah Shaddock, d/o Elias Shaddock and Hannah Osborn. The evidence is not visible to me.
