    "[Benjamin Field's] third wife, whom he m. at Flushing, April 13, 1727, was Sarah Taylor, widow. Her will, dated Nov. 26, 1732, proved 20, 1734, leaves her property to her grandsons Doughty and March."

  3.   It appears she may be Sarah Palmer, d/o Joseph Palmer and Sarah Marsh, b. Westchester 1666, m. (1) as his second wife, Dr. Henry Taylor, m. (2) Benjamin Field. Her daughters by her first husband: Sarah m. William Marsh, Phebe m. William Doughty. This appears to be discussed in an article in NYGBR, Vol. 120, p. 28.
